- Cancellation Timeframe
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund and Return Policy for further assistance.
- How to Cancel an Order
- Step 1: You can cancel your order in the “your orders” section, or contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@belmixfoods.com or 0831-2001397.
- Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Confirmation of Cancellation
- Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm whether the order can be cancelled based on its shipping status.
- If the order is eligible for cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email, and the payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Process
- If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
