BELMIX, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Timeframe
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund and Return Policy for further assistance.
  1. How to Cancel an Order
  • Step 1: You can cancel your order in the “your orders” section, or contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@belmixfoods.com or 0831-2001397.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  1. Confirmation of Cancellation
  • Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm whether the order can be cancelled based on its shipping status.
  • If the order is eligible for cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email, and the payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  1. Refund Process
  • If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  1. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
  • Orders that have already been shipped.
  • Products purchased on sale or through special promotions.
